Chargers-Rockyview A Ball Eligibility

The purpose of this proposal is to give competitive players from Chargers Lacrosse the
opportunity to play for an A team that is more suitable geographically with Red Deer Lacrosse’s
A team playing in the North Division.

Chargers Lacrosse and Rockyview Lacrosse Association formally propose an official agreement
between CDLA and CALL to allow members of Chargers Lacrosse the option to tryout for
Rockyview Lacrosse A teams in U13, U15 and U17 divisions.

This agreement would provide membership certainty regarding A team eligibility rather than
waiting for releases to be processed each season.
The criteria for making this choice would be:

1) For the 2026 season, all players intending to tryout for an A team will be asked to
designate their preferred A team association.
2) For future seasons, players intending to tryout for an A team that have not tried out for
an A team during the existence of this agreement will be asked to designate their
preferred A team association.
3) The designations made by these players will be recorded and tracked by Chargers
Lacrosse and reported to CALL and CDLA.
4) Once a player has designated an A team association, they will not be given the option to
change that designation while this agreement is in effect.

CALL, CDLA, Chargers Lacrosse and Rockyview agree that this agreement is in effect until
such time that any one party provides written notice via email to all other parties that they wish
to terminate or revise this agreement. Written notice must be received no less than 15 days
prior to the commencement of A evaluations for either Red Deer Lacrosse or Rockyview
Lacrosse each season.

For the 2026 season all intents to try out with Rockyview Rage A ball will need a tryout release form.
